To search for a word or phrase, click on the icon of the magnifying glass, below, which is 2nd from the left.  Enter the word or phrase at the blinking cursor.

When you see the term highlighted in the text, click the right or left arrow to find the next or previous occurrence of the term.

To go to a specific page, enter its number in the rectangle to the right of the word "Page", below. To manually advance forward or backward through the document, click on the down or up buttons to the right of the magnifying glass or use the scroll bar on the right edge of the page.

To enlarge or reduce the size of the text, click on the plus or minus keys to the left of the term "Automatic Zoom." Alternatively,click on "Automatic Zoom" and select from the magnification options.

To print this form so that it can be filled in with pen or pencil later, click on the printer icon, below, which is 4th from the right edge of the page.
