Primary care physicians
Appointments available (by appointment only) with a primary care physician for established UF Health Senior Care patients and new patients seeking to establish care with one of our physicians Monday-Friday, 8am to 11:30am
Lab tests
Shands Rocky Point lab technician is available Monday and Thursday 8:30am-10:30am in the clinic area (exam room 3). No appointment is necessary. For testing requested by a physician outside of UF Health, a prescription or lab order from your physician is needed.
Podiatry Services – NOT PART OF THE UF HEALTH CLINIC
Dr. Uyen K. Dao of Village Foot & Ankle sees patients approximately every 6 weeks at Oak Hammock. To schedule an appointment, call (352) 391-4242. If no answer, leave a message. The podiatrist usually returns calls on Sunday evenings.
Speech and Audiology Clinic – NOT PART OF THE UF HEALTH CLINIC
Dr. Elizabeth Flechas visits here on Thursdays from 1:30 – 5:30 p.m. by appointment. You can schedule an appointment at 352-265-9484.
