1. General Rules & Definitions

2. Infoh.us Content & Member Submissions
2.1 The contents of the Infoh.us Website and Service are intended for your personal, noncommercial use. All materials published on Infoh.us (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Infoh.us or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.
2.2 The Service and its Contents are protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. and international copyright laws. 3. Uploading or Posting User Generated Content
3.1 You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on the Website any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material.
3.2 (a) Be courteous. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other users, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or “spam.”
3.2 (b) Use respectful language. Like any community, Infoh.us public comment areas flourish only when our users feel welcome and safe. 5. Representations & Warranties
5.1 Infoh.us does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Service by any user, information provider or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk.

6. Communications between Infoh.us & Users
6.1 We respect your privacy. Communications between Infoh.us and users will be made in strict accordance with the Infoh.us Privacy Policy.
6.2 Infoh.us com reserves the right to send electronic mail to you for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Service.
6.3 Infoh.us may contact you via e-mail regarding your participation in user surveys, asking for feedback on the Website and existing or prospective products and services. This information will be used to improve our Website and better understand our users, and any information we obtain in such surveys will not be shared with third parties, except in as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Software Licenses
7.1 You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access the Service (“Access Software”). You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by Infoh.us, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer shall be null and void. 8. Termination
8.1 You may terminate your account at any time by sending an e-mail to hq@Infoh.us. Upon termination, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours.
8.2 Infoh.us may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of this Agreement.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Florida law. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Florida.
9.2 Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will serve to preempt the promises made in the Privacy Policy.

10. Mobile & Messaging Information
10.1 Infoh.us does not charge you to use the mobile services, but your mobile telephone company may charge for messages and data that you send or receive. Please check your service plan with your mobile phone company to know the exact rate for sending and receiving a text message and accessing the mobile internet.
